Procedure
1. The wire was cut in half and 2cm of the insulation was stripped from each of the sides.
2. The wires were attached to the generator and the other end of the wires to the alligator clips.
3. The alligator clips were clipped to the appropriate wires of the Multi-meter.
4. The hose attached to one of the buckets was plugged.
5. The bucket with the hose was filled with the designated volume of water.
6. The bucket with the hose was placed at a height that remained consistent throughout the testing process.
7. The second bucket was put at the bottom and the PVC pipe between the two.
8. The paddle wheel was placed in the testing apparatus and the generator fitted in the vinyl tubing on the dowel.
9. The hose attached to the bucket was unplugged and the peak voltage generated was recorded.
10. Steps 4 through 9 were repeated nine additional times.
11. Steps 4 through 10 were repeated with the second water wheel.
